Before your appointment

  • Every signer must be present with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
  • Bring documents complete but unsigned — no blank spaces.
  • We can't give legal advice, prepare documents, or choose your notarial certificate.
  • The travel fee is still due if a visit can't be completed (missing ID, signer unavailable) or is canceled less than 2 hours ahead. Payment is due at time of service.
